My name is Lorraine Lepine, and Optimum Living is the name of my wholeness consulting business. My philosophy is to integrate the body, mind, heart, and spirit to reach a state of wholeness for myself and for others. For the past 15 years, my focus has been on learning and developing tools and techniques to enhance the health and well-being of my clients.
